The numbers
What Pro costs in practice
- €20 + VATa month. Or €200 + VAT a year: 2 months free.
- €15 in creditsevery month, spent before your balance. Enough to take one request for a job of 500 € to 1,500 €.
- Max €15per request taken, whatever the size of the job (on Basic, €30). Condominiums: €30 instead of €60.
- Up to €45Credits you don't use add up over 3 months. A month with no requests from the site doesn't lose them.
Example: two requests for jobs above €1,500 in a month cost €60 on Basic. On Pro, each costs €15 and the first €15 come from the included credits. You always pay per request taken, never per job won.

What Pro does not change
Pro does not change your place in lists or give badges: that still comes from reviews and speed. To appear first on a request there is the Boost, always labelled.

Pro is paid from your credit balance: €24.60 with VAT a month.

Under Credits, pick monthly or yearly. You can stop renewing whenever you like.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need Pro to get requests?
No. On Basic you get requests from your area and pay only for the ones you take. Pro adds €15 in credits a month, your client list with history and reminders, quotes for your own clients with no contact fee, a calendar with your team and the month's numbers.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, whenever you like, in your account. You stay Pro until the end of the paid period, then go back to Basic without losing anything.
Do I pay when I win the job?
No. You pay once, when you take the request and get the client's contact. Then you visit and send your quote, and whether the client picks you or someone else, you pay nothing more: there is no commission on the job. If the contact is wrong, the request is fake or the client does not reply within 72 hours, we refund what you paid.
Can I use pintores.pt for the clients I already have?
Yes, on Pro. Import contacts from your phone or Excel, record their requests and send quotes they accept online, with no contact fee. Each client keeps their history, your notes and reminders: unanswered quote, review to ask for, repaint coming up.
What happens to credits I don't use?
They add up month to month to €45 (3 months) and are used before your balance. If you leave Pro, the Pro credits are lost; the balance you topped up is always yours.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every monthly or yearly payment has a VAT invoice, sent to your account email.
If I go back to Basic, do I lose what I did?
No. Quotes, jobs, certificates, numbers and your client list stay saved in your account. You can no longer use the Pro tools (they come back if you switch Pro on again) and your link stops taking new requests.
