1. Who we are

pintores.pt is a platform that puts people who need painting in touch with vetted painters. We do not carry out work, we do not take payment for the work, and we are not a party to the contract between client and painter.
2. Terms and privacy

3. Complaints
You can file a complaint in the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações) or write to [to fill in under Settings]. We reply within 15 working days.
4. Alternative dispute resolution
In a consumer dispute, the consumer may use an alternative dispute resolution body: CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt). More information on the Portal do Consumidor.
5. Point of contact and reporting content

To report content you believe is illegal or against our terms (a profile, photo, review or reply), send [to fill in under Settings] the link to the content, why you are reporting it, your name and email, and a statement that you are reporting in good faith. Every profile has a "Report this profile" link.
We review each report, decide diligently and objectively, and tell both the reporter and the author of the content what we decided and why. If you disagree, reply to the same email and we will review the decision.
